CIRCULATION AND DISSEMINATION OF THE INFORMATION MEANS IN THE SERBIAN BANAT AT THE END OF THE 19TH AND BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURIES
CIRCULAŢIA ŞI RĂSPÂNDIREA MIJLOACELOR INFORMATIVE ÎN BANATUL SÂRBESC LA SFÂRŞITUL SECOLULUI XIX ŞI ÎNCEPUTUL SECOLULUI XX
Abstract
This paper presents a profile of the first common periodical publications throughout Banat, which frequency and spread is attested by their presence in scholars libraries and other institutions, as well as the collaboration of the most talented and representative personalities of romanian culture in this part of Banat. In the second part of this paper we present the first magazines appearing in the Serbian Banat at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century in this part of Europe and their contribution to cultural and social emancipation of the peasantry. The brief presentation of the periodicals is also necessary for a better understanding of the continuity of the historical thread and for the development of the media in Serbian Banat, but also for pursuing of transmitted influences and traditions, as well as for objectively assessing of the expected ideology by a rich journalistic activity.
Rezumat
În lucrarea de faţă vom realiza o prezentare a profilului primelor publicaţii periodice comune pe tot întregul Banatului istoric, a căror frecvenţă şi răspândire este atestată de prezenţa lor în bibliotecile cărturarilor şi instituțiilor de altă dată, cât şi de colaborarea celor mai talentate şi reprezentative personalităţi ale culturii române din această parte a Banatului. În partea a doua a lucrării sunt prezentate primele reviste apărute în Banatul sârbesc şi contribuţia lor la emanciparea culturală şi socială a ţărănimii la sfârşitul secolul al XIX-lea şi începutul secolului XX în această parte a Europei. Prezentarea succintă a periodicelor este necesară şi pentru înţelegerea mai bună a continuităţii firului istoric şi de dezvoltare a mijloacelor de informare şi pe pământul Banatului sârbesc, dar şi pentru urmărirea influenţei şi a tradiţiei transmise, precum şi pentru aprecierea obiectivă a ideologiei preconizate de o bogată activitate publicistică.
