Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a comparative and descriptive study of the bankcard agreement in Spanish and French. The issue is approached from a double perspective: translation and comparative law. Specifically, we analyze the macrostructure and the microstructure of this contractual document in both languages and cultures. The purpose is of practical nature: to help translators to analyze in depth the general and specific aspects of the bank card contract with a view to its translation.
Résumé
Le présent article présente une étude comparative et descriptive du contrat de carte bancaire espagnol, d´une part, et français, d´autre part, devant être considérée selon une double perspective: traductologique et de droit comparé. Concrètement, nous analysons la macrostructure et la microstructure de ce document contractuel dans deux langues et deux cultures. La finalité recherchée est de type pratique: aider les traducteurs à approfondir les aspects généraux et spécifiques des contrats de cartes bancaires en vue de leur traduction.
Rezumat
Scopul acestui articol este de a prezenta un studiu comparativ şi descriptiv asupra contractului de card bancar în limbile spaniolă şi franceză. Acest contract este abordat dintr-o dublă perspectivă: a traducerii şi a dreptului comparat. În mod concret, se analizează macrostructura şi microstructura acestui document contractual, în ambele limbi şi culturi. Scopul avut în vedere este de natură practică: acela de a ajuta traducătorii să analizeze în profunzime aspectele generale şi specifice ale contractelor de card bancar, în vederea traducerii acestora.
