Abstract
Starting from the fact that many students face the task of writing papers for the completion of their study program without having previously received any methodological training, so there is a contradiction between the exigencies imposed by writing scientific papers and students’ insufficient information and preparation in the field of methodology of scientific research and scientific creation, the current study shows that a precarious scientific culture lies at the core of most difficulties and lacunae in writing scientific papers. Consequently, it attempts at justifying, as persuasively as possible, the necessity of generalizing the introduction of the methodology of scientific research as a compulsory subject in the curricula of all the study fields. Such a step would mostly eliminate the main drawbacks of academic scientific research, such as the insufficient valorization of the creative potential of the new comers in research and the temptation to present papers resulted from plagiarism.
Résumé
En partant du fait que beaucoup d’étudiants sont confrontés à la tâche d’élaborer des travaux de fin de cycle d’étude sans avoir reçu une formation méthodologique préalable, qu’il y a donc une contradiction entre les exigences imposées à l’élaboration des travaux scientifiques et l’insuffisante information et formation des étudiants dans le domaine de la méthodologie de la recherche et de la création scientifique, cette étude montre qu’une culture scientifique précaire se trouve à l’origine de la plupart des difficultés et des lacunes constatées dans l’écriture des textes scientifiques. Par conséquent, elle cherche à justifier de façon aussi convaincante que possible la nécessité de généraliser l’introduction de la méthodologie de la recherche scientifique comme discipline d’étude obligatoire dans les programmes de tous les domaines d’études. Une telle mesure permettrait de combler, en grande partie, les principales lacunes de la recherche scientifique universitaire, telles que la valorisation insuffisante du potentiel créatif des nouveaux venus dans la recherche et la tentation de présenter des textes résultant du plagiat.

Rezumat
Plecând de la faptul că mulţi studenţi se confruntă cu sarcina de a elabora lucrări de sfârşit de ciclu de studii fără să fi primit vreo pregătire metodologică prealabilă, că, aşadar, există o contradicţie între exigenţele impuse elaborării lucrărilor ştiinţifice şi insuficienta informaţie şi formaţie a studenţilor în domeniul metodologiei cercetării şi creaţiei ştiinţifice, studiul de faţă arată că o cultură ştiinţifică precară se află la originea majorităţii dificultăţilor şi lacunelor constatate în redactarea textelor ştiinţifice. În consecinţă, el se străduieşte să justifice cât poate mai convingător necesitatea generalizării introducerii metodologiei cercetării ştiinţifice ca disciplină obligatorie în planurile de învăţământ din toate domeniile de studiu. O asemenea măsură ar înlătura, în mare parte, principalele neajunsuri ale cercetării ştiinţifice universitare, precum sunt insuficienta valorificare a potenţialului creativ al noilor veniţi în cercetare şi tentaţia de a prezenta lucrări rezultate din plagiat.
